On game-day, you will have a 1 on 1 video session with one of our pharmacists who will discuss opportunities for improvement, answer questions about your therapy, and provide next steps for your next health care visit.

It’s the everything-seasoning bagel of our services, a little messy to handle, but oh so good. After several clients requested deeper reviews, we decided to offer an entire top to bottom review of you.

After completing your intake form and initial call, our team will contact your providers, clinics, hospital, and pharmacy, review your available healthcare records, preform a entire chart review, draft recommendations for you regarding best management of your therapy, highlight what is working well for you and how you stack up against guidelines and standards of care, as well as identify areas for improvement. Afterwards we reconvene for a debriefing meeting and build a game plan for a healthier you!
